Woodbridge and Kleinburg build differently
Vaughan's custom-home streets carry a different class of machine: panel-ready columns, integrated dishwashers, and pro-style ranges built into cabinetry that cost as much as the appliances. Servicing them is licence work — sealed refrigeration systems fall under Anthony's Refrigeration 313A, gas rangetops under his TSSA licence — and extraction work that respects the millwork around it, covered by $2M commercial liability.
The honest economics cut the opposite way from builder-grade: premium built-ins are engineered to be serviced for decades, so repair is almost always the right call. A Sub-Zero that clicks is not a dead Sub-Zero.
The luxury short-list we actually service
Sub-Zero dual-compressor systems and their PTC start relays; Wolf DSI spark modules behind the red knobs; Thermador star burners and XLO simmer modules; Miele MasterCool NTC sensors, WPS water protection, and heat-pump dryers; Cove circulation pumps. Each appears on our service pages in deeper detail — and on the truck as OEM parts where stocking makes sense.
Water: 125 mg/L, measured
Vaughan publishes its drinking-water hardness: about 125 mg/L as calcium carbonate (7.26 grains per gallon), on York Region's lake-fed supply. That's enough mineral load to scale inlet-valve screens, dishwasher jets, and the solenoids behind fridge dispensers and ice makers over the years. We descale where possible and fit OEM valves where the scale has won.
Up the 400
Dispatch runs from central Toronto via Highway 401 to the Highway 400 spine, with the 407 carrying us east-west across the city. Woodbridge, Maple, Concord, Thornhill, Kleinburg, and the towers around Vaughan Metropolitan Centre all sit inside normal same-day and next-day routing, booked in windows.
VMC towers and Thornhill streets
The new condo towers at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre run stacked, ventless laundry in tight closets — we carry the low-profile tooling, and the WSIB and liability paperwork property managers ask for. Established Thornhill and Maple streets bring the other half of the work: 240V ranges, wall ovens locked after self-clean, and dryers overdue for a full drum-kit rebuild.
